Wilhelm Heinz (July 1904 in Opava, Austria-Hungary – unknown) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player.

Biography[]

Heinz spent the majority of his club career with Troppauer EV Opava. He was a member of the Czechoslovak National Team at the 1929 European Championship (where the team won the gold medal) and the 1931 World Championship.

He was a member of DFK Komotau when they played in the Czechoslovak Extraliga in 1937-38. In four games, he scored seven goals and added one assist.

A strong shooter, Heinz played right wing. He had three younger brothers who were also members of Troppauer EV.
