The Nort Macedonian national ice hockey team is the national ice hockey team of the Republic of North Macedonia. The team is controlled by the Macedonian Ice Hockey Federation, a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation.
History[]
Macedonia played their first game on 27 March 2011 against Red Star Sofia of Bulgaria in Skopje. Macedonia went on to lose the game 1–4.[1] In December 2014 Macadonia played two exhibition games against the Bulgarian under-20 national ice hockey team in Skopje. They lost the first game 5-6 in overtime and won the second 4-3 following a shootout, recording the teams first ever win.[2]
