HC Fiemme Cavalese is an ice hockey team in Cavalese, Italy. The team was founded in 1956 under the name Union Sportiva Latemar
They won three Serie B titles in the 1980s (1982, 1983, and 1987), before joining the Serie A for the 1987-88 season. They played seven seasons in the Serie A (1987-1994) before returning to the lower-tier leagues.
The club played in the second-tier Serie B during the 2015-16 season.
