The Austrian State Ice Hockey Championship was the official championship in bandy organized by the Austrian Ice Hockey Federation (OEHV).
History[]
The Austrian Ice Hockey Federation was founded in 1912 and consisted of four bandy playing members from Vienna. In Prague, the Ringhoffer Pokal, a competition organized by DEHG Prag, already existed as the Austrian Hockey Championship.
The State Championship was contested by the winner of the Vienna Ice Hockey Championship, and the association's only Czech member, Deutscher Fussballclub Prag.
