An excerpt from Peter Patton's 1936 Ice Hockey publication:
"The Dark Blues won by a larger margin than might have been anticipated because the matches between them and the Lions and the Lions and Cambridge were all very even. The second Bonnycastle brother played in this match, but his form did not quite equal that of his elder brother or Larry, who came to Oxford about four years later."
